The area covered by the practice includes the majority of the S2 postcode. A detailed map showing the boundaries is available in reception.
We will try to accomodate all patients that wish to register at our surgery. There will be some restrictions as to what can be offered to patients that live outside of the area.
Please call the surgery today to enquire as to whether you would be able to register with us.
How to Register
You need to live within the practice area. The practice has an open list. Should you wish to register with the practice please bring your medical card or complete a form (GMS1) at the surgery. You will be asked to see a nurse for a new patient health check. Should you be on regular medication you will need to see the doctor before a prescription may be given.
The Medical Centre has disabled access, disabled parking spaces, a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities
Change of Details
To enable us to contact you, if you change your name, address, post code or telephone number, please give full details to the receptionist.
Please remember to tell us if details for other members of your family have also changed.
